We’re a locally owned wedding and party store proudly serving the Atlantic Provinces since 2013, just outside Halifax, Nova Scotia.

When we chose the name “Ultimate,” we meant it. Our goal was to create a true one-stop shop for all things party and event related. We knew that offering just balloons and party supplies wasn’t enough so we expanded into rentals. As of 2021, we now offer over 1,000 rental items to suit every type of event, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

Our owner, a licensed wedding and event planner and lead designer, brings years of hands-on experience, a strong retail background, and a passion for creating unforgettable events. With a reputation built on reliability and customer care, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional service for every celebration, big or small.

Ashley is a 31-year-old entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the wedding and event industry. Since starting her journey in 2011, she has built a reputation as a creative force and meticulous professional. As a lead designer and business owner since 2013, she has crafted unforgettable celebrations that reflect her clients’ unique visions.
Her dedication to excellence and unwavering attention to detail have earned her rave reviews from clients, who appreciate her ability to bring their dreams to life with flair and precision. Known for her outgoing personality and sharp sense of humor, Ashley makes the planning process as enjoyable as the events themselves.

Rie may be one of the newest members of our management team, but she fits seamlessly into the heart of what we do.

After spending 10 years in Newfoundland, Rie brings a strong hospitality background and a natural ability to make every client feel welcomed, heard, and supported. Whether she’s guiding couples through their wedding rentals or assisting daily showroom clients, her calm presence and attention to detail make the planning process feel easy and enjoyable.

With previous experience in social work, Rie leads with compassion and understanding. She has a special gift for helping couples navigate budgets without sacrificing style and ensuring their vision comes to life in a way that feels both beautiful and realistic.

Her positivity is infectious, and it’s no surprise that clients often request to work with her again.
