How Do I reserve a Rental?

Always remember to reserve your rentals ASAP!

To reserve any one of our beautiful rentals all you need to do is start a contract with us in store and pay the 30% non refundable deposit. The final payment is only due the day you pick up your rentals.


Our 30% non-refundable deposit holds your reservation and can't be used toward other purchases.

When can I pick my Rentals up?

Weekend Pick ups: Fridays 9am - 3pm

Week Day Pickups: Anytime before 3pm

Our most popular time for rentals are weekends and we know that a lot of our clients need our rentals earlier to get setups started! Weekend rentals can be pickup only on the Friday between 9 am - 3 pm.

If you require your rentals earlier you can add Thursday early pick up for an additional $20+tax flat fee.

Thursday early pick up must be added the week prior to your pick up date to make sure that we can get your rentals ready for the time you requested.

Weekday rentals can be picked up the day you require them and are due back the next day at 1 pm unless you've requested them an additional day.

Our delivery prices vary depending on the location, the equipment and people needed for the delivery and the date.

Starting at $30+tax for Bedford/Sackville into Halifax are we can deliver anywheres needed!

Do you setup other peoples rentals?

Setups Starting at $300+tax*

Not only do we offer Setup for our rentals, we can also be hired to setup other rentals or supplies you have.

Our basic hourly setup prices are:

Between 9am - 9pm $30+tax per person per hour or between 9pm - 9am  $60+tax per person per hour. (We do not offer setups, teardowns or deliveries on holidays)

These prices are based on locations under 30km from our location, if the location is over 30km there would be a 'Travel Time' fee added to cover the travel of our decorators traveling costs.

Do I need to book an appointment?

We're open 6 days a week allowing you to drop in whenever you'd like!

We never require you to book an appointment because we're open 6 days a week and almost every night, this allows you to drop in whenever it's most convenient to you.

Some of our clients will browse our site and come in with a list or email us for a quote before hand, it's completely up to you!

Reservations for summer weekends book up quickly so make sure to reserve your rentals when you're ready to avoid disappointment in fully booked weekends.

What happens if I damage my rental?

Is it fixable or will it need to be replaced?

Things happen! Under the terms and conditions of the contract you've signed we have it stated that if the rental is fixable you'll be charged for the cost of having the item fixed.

If the rental is completed unusable then you'll be charged for the cost of the replacement of the rental.
