FULL SETUP

Starting with 100 Guests

Worried about the crunch time before your Wedding? Not sure where to start with decorating? Let us handle the setup & delivery! With over 11+ years in the Wedding industry, we can bring your wedding vision to life. 

 

This package includes:

- 1 to 3 Decorators 

-Up to 3hrs of Setup (additional hours are $40+tax per hour per person)

- Delivery of our rentals to your venue

(if venue is outside our 30km, contact us with the exact address, additional kilometer fees will apply)

- Setup for 100 guests and under

(if your guest count is over 100, add $4.25+tax per additional guest.)

- Room design help

- Decor placement 

- Assistance in setting up tables, chairs and other larger equipment that maybe supplied by your venue

 - Proper etiquette for tableware placement (if applicable) 

- And More

FULL TEARDOWN

Starting with 100 Guests

Wedding ending before midnight and stressed about tearing down your own wedding? No need! Our teardown package allows you to carry on dancing while we take care of the decor.

 

This package includes:

- Up to 3 Decorators

- Max of 2 Hours (additional hours are $80+tax per person, per hour)

- Teardown for 100 guests and under

(if your guest count is over 100, add $4.25+tax per additional guest.)

- Furniture Removal

- Garbage Disposal

- Assistance with removing our rentals, or your own decor 

 - Proper removal of decor

- And More

Service FAQ

Do you bring extra decor with you?

Typically we'll bring 1-2 additional pieces that you've already rented if it's available.

Do you setup my decor/rentals from another company?

Of course! The only things we don't setup is:
Hanging Decor (Cafe Lights, lanterns, any decor from the ceiling)
Heavy, Huge Rentals (Barn doors, windows, anything that's larger than us)

Where do I send my own decor if you're setting it up?

We'll need your decor dropped off to the location we're going to the day of setup.

How many setups do you take on per weekend?

We only book 1 setup per weekend, this way you have our entire attention. This way, if theres any changes to setup times we can be more flexible.
