"AMAZING. The Ultimate Party and Event Store went above & beyond in helping me prepare a balloon delivery as a surprise for a 60th birthday! They responded right away, and kept excellent communication. They tried out new balloon designs based on my ideas and came up with a fantastic, personalized balloon bouquet/tower to be delivered to the office, along with a personalized card! They were extremely patient and helpful, and spent a great deal of time discussing ideas with me. I really appreciate all of their help and will definitely be recommending them to others. They went above and beyond! Incredible customer service. Pricing was extremely fair and much cheaper than the competition, too!
